Common questions.

Where do the lessons happen?

At your home, anywhere in Dubai. The tutor comes to you at the agreed time. If you would prefer another location, such as a family office, tell us and we will arrange it.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a few days. We reply to every enquiry on WhatsApp within a few hours, match a tutor to the board and level, and confirm the first lesson time with you.

Who are the tutors?

Qualified, experienced educators with 10 or more years of teaching, who have taught the specific syllabus many times. Senior and university-level work is taught by educators with doctoral qualifications and dissertation supervision experience.

Is AED 175 an hour really for every level?

Yes, for a limited time. IGCSE, GCSE, A Level, IB, university and professional qualifications are all AED 175 an hour, face to face, travel included. The rate is reviewed at the end of each term.

Is there a trial or a contract?

There is no contract. Book a single lesson first and continue only if you are happy. The first lesson doubles as an assessment so the tutor can plan the sessions that follow.

How do we pay?

In advance, by bank transfer or card, confirmed by WhatsApp receipt. You can pay for a single lesson, a week or a month at a time. A lesson is confirmed once payment is received; we do not take payment after a lesson.

What happens if we need to cancel a lesson?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will reschedule it. A cancelled lesson must be rescheduled within the same calendar month; lessons do not carry forward into the next month. Lessons paid in advance are not refunded, but they can be rescheduled under this rule.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. When two siblings from the same household enrol, the second student's lessons are 10% off, whether the siblings are taught together or in separate lessons at different times.

Policies

Terms, refunds and privacy.

1. Acceptance. By submitting an enquiry on blessingstutors.com or booking a lesson you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

2. Our services. Blessings Edtech LLC ("we", "us") provides one to one private tutoring at the client's home or another agreed location in Dubai, and online tutoring where agreed, for school, university and professional qualifications. We do not issue qualifications. Students sit examinations directly with the respective awarding bodies.

3. Booking. A lesson is confirmed when we confirm the tutor, date and time in writing (WhatsApp or email). Information you provide must be accurate. Where the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and must be present at the home, or arrange for a responsible adult to be present, during lessons.

4. Fees and payment in advance. Lessons are charged per hour at the rate confirmed at booking, currently AED 175 per hour for all levels. This is a limited-time rate and may be revised with at least 14 days' notice; lessons already paid for are honoured at the paid rate. Travel within Dubai is included. All lessons must be paid for in advance, before the first lesson of each booking, whether you book a single lesson, a week or a month of lessons. Payment is by bank transfer or card. A lesson is not confirmed, and a tutor is not sent, until payment has been received. Payment after a lesson is not accepted. All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds. These are set out in the Rescheduling and Refund Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Sibling discount. When two siblings from the same household enrol, the second student's lessons are charged at 10% off the standard rate. The discount applies whether the siblings are taught together or in separate lessons at different times, and is applied to the student with the lower number of booked hours in that booking.

7. Tutor matching. We match tutors to the exam board, level and subject requested, based on the information you give us. Tutor availability may vary by area and time.

8. Conduct and safety. Respectful conduct is expected from students, families and tutors. Tutors will not be left alone with a minor without a responsible adult present in the home. Lessons may be ended where a tutor's safety or dignity is at risk.

9. Privacy. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Results. Tutoring supports learning. We do not guarantee any specific examination grade or outcome.

11. Liability. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for lessons in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property. Materials we provide are protected by copyright and are for the student's personal study only.

13. Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of the UAE.

1. Payment in advance. All lessons are paid for in advance. A lesson is not confirmed until payment is received.

2. No refunds on advance payments. Lessons paid for in advance are not refunded. If you choose not to continue, the unused lessons may be rescheduled under rule 3 below, but the payment is not returned.

3. Cancelling a lesson. If a student cancels a lesson for any reason, the lesson must be rescheduled within the same calendar month in which it was booked. Lessons do not carry forward into the following month. A lesson that is not rescheduled and taken within that month is forfeited.

4. How to reschedule. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 521 0234 as early as possible with the dates and times that suit you. Rescheduled lessons are subject to tutor availability.

5. If the tutor cancels. If we or the tutor cancel a lesson, it is rescheduled at a time that suits you, and the same-month rule in 3 does not apply to that lesson.

7. Your statutory rights. This policy does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

1. What we collect and why. When you send an enquiry we collect the student's first name, a parent or guardian's name where the student is under 18, a WhatsApp number, an email address, the level, subjects and area you need, and any optional notes you add. We use this only to verify your email address, reply to your enquiry, match a tutor and arrange lessons. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent to be contacted, which you may withdraw at any time.

2. Children. We ask for the student's first name only. Enquiries for students under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the contact details. We do not knowingly collect contact details directly from children.

3. Who processes your data on our behalf. To run the enquiry form we use these service providers, each of which receives only what it needs: EmailJS (sends the 6-digit verification code to your email address), Web3Forms (relays your completed enquiry to our inbox), Google Fonts (serves the typefaces on this page and receives your IP address in the process), and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us. These providers may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Analytics and advertising. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If we enable advertising conversion measurement in future (for example Google Ads or Meta), it will run only after you accept it through the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.

5. How long we keep data. Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless lessons take place, in which case booking and payment records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

6. Your rights. Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and where it applies the UK and EU GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. Email info@blessingstutors.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in access-controlled email and messaging accounts. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.

1. Cookies we set. None. This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Storage we use. If a cookie banner is shown, your choice (accept or decline) is saved in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. That is the only thing we store on your device.

3. Third-party resources. The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a small script from the jsDelivr content delivery network to run email verification. Neither sets cookies on this site. Sending an enquiry contacts EmailJS and Web3Forms directly from your browser; these are API calls, not cookies.

4. If this changes. If we enable advertising conversion tracking, those tools would set cookies. We will show a consent banner before any such tool loads, and no tracking will run if you decline. This page will list each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime.

5. Your controls. You can clear local storage and block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
