Bulk Hours Booking Plans
Terms and Conditions
1. Monthly Basis – Bulk Hours Discount Plans are valid for one calendar month from the start date of the first class booked. 2. Advance Payment – Full payment for the selected plan must be made before the first class of the month, as per the invoice issued. 3. Discount Validity – The discount rate applies only when the full bulk hours are purchased and paid for in advance. 4. No Refund Policy – Once payment is received and hours are booked, no refunds, partial credits, or hour transfers will be issued, regardless of attendance. 5. Scheduling – All bulk hours must be scheduled within the month of purchase. Unused hours will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried forward. 6. Rescheduling – Rescheduling of booked classes is not permitted. Missed classes will be considered as used hours. 7. Non-Transferable – Bulk hour packages are for the registered student only and cannot be shared or transferred. 8. Class Platform – All classes will be conducted via the platform and method communicated at the time of registration. 9. Acceptance – By registering for a Bulk Hours Discount Plan, the student (or their guardian) confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
